Because personalized items are custom-made, please double-check all personalization details and shipping information before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-entered shipping details.

Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hound Halo, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional help, you can reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
